Terms and conditions (Proposed)

50% to Partner 50% to Entrepreneurs Development Institute (EDI)
E.D.I. land may be placed under caveat to protect the interest of the partner for the duration of the Joint Venture (JV)
E.D.I. land will be transferred to a JV company with a holding of 50% to partner and 50% to E.D.I. upon completion of the project
