Terms and conditions (Proposed)
- 50% to Partner 50% to Entrepreneurs Development Institute (EDI)
- E.D.I. land may be placed under caveat to protect the interest of the partner for the duration of the Joint Venture (JV)
- E.D.I. land will be transferred to a JV company with a holding of 50% to partner and 50% to E.D.I. upon completion of the project
