Terms and conditions (Proposed)


  • 50% to Partner 50% to Entrepreneurs Development Institute (EDI)
  • E.D.I. land may be placed under caveat to protect the interest of the partner for the duration of the Joint Venture (JV)
  • E.D.I. land will be transferred to a JV company with a holding of 50% to partner and 50% to E.D.I. upon completion of the project
  • Other terms and conditions are to be negotiated.

  • Inclusive of sound systems and aroma treatment
  • Per plot of land, maximum 4 birdhouse could be installed.

  • Currently the world supplies 40% of birdnest demands
  • Projected income is RM 50,000-120,000 per month after the 3rd year
  • Possible RM 1 Million returns after 4 years in operation
